And I'm back from the Lakes Comic Art Festival. First time visitor, but - putting on my visitor's hat here - I came away very impressed. It's the kind of show that has public outreach, getting people who might not otherwise encounter comics to engage with them, as a big part of its mission - and it seemed to do that very well indeed. You should all go next year!
