HeroesCon 2012 Wrap-Up

I know I say this every year, but Heroes Con was such enormous fun. Lovely to see so many familiar faces, meet new friends and generally feel like I'm among like-minded people for a few days. I'm going to eschew the traditional con report (my last one being a hard act to follow) and instead blast you with a pile of photos I took of the sketches I was doing all weekend.

A big thank you to all you sketch-hounds for buying these, by the way - your support ensures I'll be able to continue to attend shows like this (to say nothing of the $360 you raised for the Hero Initiative!). And biggest thanks of all to Shelton Drum, Rico Renzi and their incredibly hard-working team for making the con what it is, my favourite convention.

  3. I can't believe I missed Heroes again. I guess I'll have to wait another year to request some more cereal related art from you. Whenever I finally do, I want to ask for a cereal box with a mascot or mascots in the style you used for the visions Lady Furtwangle sent after Yorick (incidentally, is that page available?). I eventually want something w/ Muggsy and Billy eating cereal with Mr. Alf Boils serving. For now I'll have to settle for gawking at all of the above fantastic pieces, with my favorites being Alice the Goon and of course Fin Fang F.O.O.D.O.C.K.
