This is a character in the new Fez minicomic. He only has a small part. (Which is probably why he looks like that.)

    What do you use for your whites on colored paper?

      The white highlights that look like coloured pencil are, in fact, coloured pencil; the denser whites are usually white gouache (if I'm sketching at my desk) or gel pen (if I'm at a con; it's easier to carry in my pocket).
